CDL Class A Driver

 A CDL delivery driver is responsible for driving a delivery truck, picking up new products, following predetermined delivery routes, and delivering those products in a safe and timely manner to the proper place. In addition to loading and unloading merchandise, a CDL delivery driver may engage with customers, collect payments, and prepare delivery reports. A commercial driver's license is required for the CDL delivery driver position. 

Qualifications:
        •       High School diploma or GED.
        •       Minimum of 1 year of CDL truck driving experience
        •       CDL Class A
        •       Good customer services skills to meet and exceed customer expectations; acts in a professional, courteous and cooperative manner toward customers and co-workers; works with a sense of honesty and trustworthiness.
        •       Good time management skills to ensure assigned responsibilities are completed in an efficient and safe manner.
        •       Good follow through ability; ability to adhere to work schedule and follows through on challenges as they arise.
        •       Ability to adhere to Detroit Mulch policies and rules set forth; promotes the Detroit Mulch safety standards; does not take inappropriate risks. Maintains a feeling of pride in work; strives to achieve all goals. 

Shift Hours Monday - Friday 7:30am - 5:30pm; 7pm on some days; Some Saturdays from 8am-2pm

Hourly Rate $20-$25 per hour depending on experience
